An Honest Review: Chic Collections

Christmas is coming, and it is supposed to be the best time to shop for gifts or for party outfits. Unfortunately, I have nothing to attend to so I really don't need some new clothes for now. However, I have nieces and nephew who i want to dress up on their Christmas party. Since I am a very loving aunt (everyone agrees.LOL), I decided to buy for them.

I don't have the time to go out so I decided to just buy their clothes online. I found this online shop on Chic Collections on Facebook. The provided the link to thier own website. Oh, they have affordable clothes and they look real on the picture. I mean, they don't just copy and save pictures of girls wearing the same clothes design like the ones they are selling. (they're usually use korean models). The pictures definitely look real and they are not faking it.




The best thing is that you can see each item upclose when you click on them. This is what I really liked about this site. Anyways, i first registered on the site.



As I browse through the page, I was surprised with the prices. Those blouses I usually buy from other online shops that cost about 300 to 500php are just 150-250 in this shop. Amazing! However, you have to order at least 4 items to get the wholesale price. It was never a problem to me though as I need more than 4 actually. One blouse for my niece, one for me (yay!) , 3 skirts for my other niece and mt 7-year old aunt. Yes, she is just seven years old. LOL.

I ordered 5 items total. Can you believe it? My total bill is just 1,010 php and that already includes the shipping. I wanted to make sure that everything was right to I sent a message to Chic Collections' Facebook Account. I informed them that i just placed my orders and I want to confirm. Wow, after a few minutes ALVIN answered me. He confrimed my orders and gave me the payment details. Sad thing though is that they don't have EON Account It means I have to go out and pay at the Cebuana Lhuillher..grrrr...

I paid the next day and informed them about my payment. Sometimes, another administrator answers. If its not Alvin, then its Trixie. Nevertheless, they are both polite.

I did not expect about the one-day delivery promise. I am used to waiting for many days. LOL

But... THIS IS REAL!

I got the package the next day! This is what I love about online shops with on-hand items. Other shops promise they send the items right away but the truth is that they are struggling to find the items befire they can ship them. 

This is definitely true! They have a lot of items that cost below 175php that are very lovely. 

This is how their online shop looks like. It is simple and easy to use. The only problem is that you have to be careful when you click SAVE. This means you are already sending your orders. LOL

I told Alvin/Trixie about this. They said they will be fixing it. 

Nevertheless, I really have fun everytime I visit the site. 

This blouse is priced at 250. I usually see this one from other online shops priced around 300php to 350php.

I didn't expect that the material can be this smooth. It's comparable to branded clothes. It's so soft and comfortable as well. Oh, this is the real thing... I took this pic myself.

If these skirts fit me, I would definitely wear them. LOL. The truth is I never wear skirts like these. I have never worn anything like these since I stepped in elementary school. Anyway, these skirts are for my niece and my aunt. They are priced at 85. They look really cute and nice.

This is for my older nece. It is priced at 135php. I am very surprised with its price. These blouses usually cost around 250-350php. The material is really good. We chose a skirt to pair with it, but I can no longer find the picture on their site. They may not be available anymore.

Anyway, here's what it looked like when my niece wore it. She's very lucky to have that mannequin-like structure. LOL

The skirt she is wearing costs 185php. Blouse + Skirt = 320php! Isn’t that very affordable? If you go for branded clothes it would cost you a thousand for a pair of blouse and skirt, which is quite impractical these days. This is especially true for a person like me who has a constantly fluctuating weight. LOL

Like I can become fat in a week, so, it is not a good idea for me to buy expensive clothes as it is possible that it may no longer fit me by next week. LOL

All these cost me about 890 pesos along with the other blouse (no pic here, sorry) plus the shipping fee of 120 pesos. As soon as I paid them over Cebuana Lhuiller, I sent the details of payment to My Chic Collections. They told me that they had to switch courier to LBC because they do not entrust my preferred courier JRS. It was so kind of them to cover up the additional 30php. LBC is more expensive than JRS.

The next day, I got the package.

If you ask me if I buy from them again, It would be a big YES!

This shop is definitely RELIABLE, AFFORDABLE and FAST!

The VERDICT

The highly recommend Chic Collections. I will get more stuff from them again. Perhaps, the only downside is that they don’t have an EON account. I mean, at least for me it’s a disadvantage. I would highly appreciate if they have it so it would be easier to transfer payments online. Anyway, I hope they read this and open and account right away. LOL. It’s really very easy to get an EON Account I will be posting about it soon so online shops out there can cater for people who have online jobs that usually use this Unionbanks’ Cyberaccount.
